Shipping Policy

Goods purchased from us can be collected at one of our branches or delivered to the physical address registered against Customer’s account.

• Goods can be collected at our branches or delivered to the physical address registered against the Customer’s account.

• Deliveries outside the delivery area are handled by a road freight company arranged by us, with fees charged at standard rates.

• Insurance for goods delivered via road freight is the Customer's responsibility as goods are consigned at their risk.

• Orders are processed and dispatched once payment is received or credit terms are agreed, and delivery address details are correct.

• Delivery times are:

• Weekdays: 8am to 5pm

• Saturdays: 8am to 12pm

• No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

We reserve the right to deliver goods in instalments.

The Customer or their representative must sign for delivery and may need to provide valid identification.
